This digital book came to fruition after I took part in Simple Green Smoothies January green smoothie challenge. I drank a green smoothie each and every day and over the span of the month, thought of some genuinely great plans. Those plans were the motivation for this 20 Healthy Smoothies Ebook.

I've truly been getting a charge out of a touch of cashews in my smoothies of late and I ALWAYS love cinnamon in… .in all things.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
2 heaping tablespoons of raw cashews
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 banana (optional)
2 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, plus more for topping if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine the milk and cashews. Blend until there are no chunks of cashew remaining.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth. Add in a bit more liquid if needed.
- Serve and ENJOY!!
