This sans dairy mocha latte formula is so stunning you will feel like you are drinking a top of the line latte from an extravagant bistro… yet in the solace of your own home and at a small amount of the cost! It's anything but difficult to make, solid (paleo, vegetarian, with NO refined sugar) and out-of-this-world flavorful!

Indeed, I made a frosted mocha latte formula that is so stunning you will feel like you are drinking a top of the line latte from an extravagant bistro… yet in the solace of your own home and at a small amount of the cost! 

Frankly, I'm normally a straight-up, dark espresso consumer. In any case, once in a while I get a craving for a mocha latte! So I made it my central goal to make a without dairy latte that is solid, low in sugar, simple to make and madly flavorful… and this Mocha Latte is absolutely a champ people.


INGREDIENTS
1 cup brewed coffee chilled overnight
1 cup chilled coconut milk canned*
1 TBS cocoa powder
1 TBS honey or more to taste
½ tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put coconut milk and coffee into the Aer Disc Container on your Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend staring at the lowest setting and increasing to high. Blend for 30 seconds on high speed.
  3. Stop blending and add honey, cocoa powder and vanilla.
  4. To make an Iced Mocha Latte:
  5. Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 15 seconds, or until ingredients are combined.
  6. Pour over ice and enjoy
  7. To make a warm Mocha Latte:
  8. Do not chill ingredients.
  9. After adding cocoa powder and honey, blend for 2-4 minutes or until the mixture becomes warm.


NOTES
*Note: I recommend putting the can of coconut milk in the blender for 15-30 seconds before putting it in a container to chill overnight. This will ensure a uniform, smooth consistency and incorporate the solid and liquid portions of the coconut milk!
