  3. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
  5. Fold in 1 1/2 cups chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Spread filling into crust. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter cups on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
