COCONUT OIL GRANOLA REMIX #DESSERT #OAT
I realize this is about coconut oil granola, above all, how about we address what we're all reasoning: does this not sort of look like Honey Bunches of Oats?! I didn't mean for that to occur, yet then I gazed toward the image, and amazing! There it is! My very own natively constructed better than ever form of the oat that energized me through early secondary school.
Be that as it may, no. It's not Honey Bunches of Oats.
It's a brilliant, firm, satisfyingly bunched granola that is spotted with almonds, coconut chips, oats, flax, and the various healthy things that you need to eat however perhaps haven't found the correct way yet. It's by one way or another a tidbit and a morning meal and, mysteriously, a treat. Also, it's normally sweet. Just 1/4 cup of sugars for the entire clump.

This isn't the first run through Coconut Oil Granola has been a noteworthy power in my life. The fixation started back in January of 2015.
And afterward 800 years passed by, and it sort of fell by the wayside, until half a month back I wound up needing to return to that old love. Just this time I chose to simply make things up along the way and utilize whatever I had available
INGREDIENTS
3 cups rolled oats
1 heaping cup flaked unsweetened coconut
1 heaping cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup golden raisins, or other dried fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix everything (except the golden raisins) in a large bowl. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Stir in the golden raisins, and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Let the granola sit on the baking sheet for another 10-15 minutes so that clusters can form. YUMMM.
