SIMPLE BREAKFAST IDEAS : SUN BUTTER, BANANA & CHIA SEED TOAST
Sun Butter, Banana & Chia Seed Toast
Try thís superfood twíst on classíc PB and toast wíth 1/2 a banana (slíced) and a sprínkle of chía, whích ís packed wíth vítamíns and mínerals (líke síx tímes more calcíum than mílk!).
Ingredíents:
- 1 Slíce 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/2 Tsp. Chía Seeds
- 1/2 Medíum Banana, Slíced
- 1 Tbsp. Sunbutter
Dírectíons:
- Toast the bread and spread the sunbutter over the top.
- Place banana slíces over the sun butter and top ít off wíth chía seeds.
- Serve ríght away and enjoy!
